Twilight of August • Prairie Landscapes
Part of the Tanglewood Prairie Series.
In this original botanical print, grasses were harvested in late August. Prints were laid on polyester dyed using a fiber arts technique. Because the plants were quite dry, they did not print crisply and often stuck to the material, giving an unfocused, yet textured appearance.
