Giclées are high resolution digital reproductions. Linda Snouffer added dramatic flairs to the sky and water with pastels, and printed grasses for foreground reeds, making them unique Enhanced Giclées - original works of art, as no two enhanced giclées are the same. They are a series of limited edition prints; each one is numbered and signed like original art.

What the heck are Hand-Enhanced Giclées?
Simply put, giclées are high resolution digital reproductions.
Starting with giclées, artists add paint or pastels to each piece,
making them unique and original works of art,
as no two enhanced giclées are the same.
These become a series of limited edition prints;
each one is numbered and signed like original art.
How is it done?
I added pastels to create more drama in the sky
and sense of movement in the water.
I fashioned the reeds in the foreground using
pastel pencil and plant prints.
OK. So why?
Sometimes, it is hard to know when a piece is “done.”
I took the originals of Wooded Pond and Shore to Shore back to the studio, added dramatic flairs to the sky and water, and printed grasses for foreground reeds.
I liked them so much, I added enhancements to the digital reproduction giclées.
NOW, they are done!

This original botanical prints was made with grasses and forbes harvested in late July and printed on cotton muslin pigmented with fiber dyes and chalk pastels. Pastel pencil was used to enhance the grass prints. 34” x 18” $950
