Unexpected Botanical Landscapes
In Linda Snouffer's collection of Unexpected Botanicals, botanical prints are created using non-traditional techniques. Some landscapes are composed using plants printed to represent things other than the plant species (printed grasses look like cattails; yarrow leaves print into pine trees; mountains scenes were made using prints of banana leaves). Other landscapes use innovative printing processes that resemble stained glass or Batik fabrics.
